Mamachiku is dedicated to delivering a smooth and worry-free experience for our customers.
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we aim to make returns and exchanges as easy and stress-free as possible.

• Returns & Exchanges: Accepted within 15 days of delivery for store credit only.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags intact.
• One-Time Return: Only one return is permitted per order. Exchanged items are not eligible for return.
• Exchanges: To exchange an item, please return it first and use the issued store credit to place a new order.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Shipping Charges: Non-refundable.
• Return Process:
- Submit a return request at https://returns.mamachiku.com using your Order ID and Email.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and confirm your request.
- A pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days. Please pack the item securely along with the invoice and original tags.
